A thank you to Brad Albin for his service!

ASHIW WA Brad Albin

The ASHI Washington Board of Directors and chapter members would like to recognize Brad Albin, a long-time chapter member and owner of Rainier Inspections, Inc., for his years of service to the ASHI Washington chapter. Brad recently stepped down as our Education Consultant and chapter Board member. He has been organizing the chapter’s live Continuing Education seminars for the past eight years, and previously held the position of Education Chairperson for numerous years, and as Public Relations/Marketing chair prior to that. He has worked tirelessly while running his successful home inspection business, helping raise three children, and also volunteering in his community. Washington ASHI members and licensed home inspectors have likely benefited from Brad’s work and generosity over the years, wittingly or otherwise. Thanks, Brad, for the years of service to the home inspection profession! Brad is now free to spend more time with family, crabbing in Puget Sound, and working on his 1966 Mustang. May your crab pots be full of keeps and your gas tank full of high octane!

FHA apparently wants to get mounting foreclosures off the books by opening up the market to investors who can fix up a property and resell it to […]
